Thank you for choosing Cozybedd. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully read our refund and return policy to understand the terms and procedures for returns and exchanges.
1. Eligible Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:
The received product is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning (e.g., broken parts, malfunction, manufacturing defect).
Incorrect product shipped (e.g., wrong product, wrong size/color, missing accessories).
The product does not match the description on our website (e.g., material, function, specifications).
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition (no wear, damage, or signs of modification).
All original packaging, labels, instructions, and accessories must be returned intact with the product.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return (unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped).
Hygiene products (if any) cannot be returned once opened (unless the product is defective).
Clearance or end-of-life items are non-refundable (this will be clearly stated on the product page).
3. Return/Exchange Timeframe
All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receipt (based on carrier delivery confirmation). Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
Contact Customer Service: Send an email to motnguoi63886@gmail.com, providing your order number, photos of the product (showing the defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent item), and a detailed description of the problem.
Obtain a Return Authorization (RA): Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and an official return address (do not send directly to our company address).
Package: Please pack the product securely with all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Please clearly label the RA number on the outer packaging. Return Shipping: Please arrange to ship the product to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number for future inquiries.
Notify Customer Service: Please send the tracking number to motnguoi63886@gmail.com to confirm shipment.
5. Refund Process
-We will inspect the returned item upon receipt and process the refund within 5 business days if eligible.
-Refunds will be credited to your original payment account.
-Refund processing typically takes 3-7 business days, but may vary by your card issuer/bank.
Note: Actual refund arrival time may vary depending on your financial institution's processing time. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
6. Exchange Process
For exchanges (e.g., changing size, color, or product), please follow the return process (steps 1-4) and indicate the item you wish to exchange in your first email.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange within 5 business days if the requested item is in stock.
If the replacement item is more expensive, we will notify you to pay the difference before shipping. If the item is cheaper, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
The replacement item will be shipped via standard shipping, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
7. Return and Exchange Costs
Situation 1:
Product defect, damage, or wrong item shipped: Cozybedd will cover all return and exchange shipping costs. Please provide the shipping receipt for reimbursement (we will refund the standard shipping fee; expedited shipping fees are non-refundable).
Situation 2:
Change of mind or return due to non-product defect: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even for orders that qualify for free shipping.
Situation 3:
Unauthorized Returns: Returns without prior approval (without a return authorization number) will be rejected or subject to a 20% relisting fee.
8. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately: We will issue a full refund within 3 business days without any additional fees.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After receiving the product, please initiate a return process as described above.
