Order Modifications/Cancellations: Once an order has been accepted (Order Accepted email sent), you may not modify or cancel it except as permitted under our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you wish to cancel an order before acceptance, contact us immediately—we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Order cutoff time: 3:00 PM PST for same-business-day processing.
Transit times:
After order processing, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location.
Shipping Tax-fees: We will provide you with Tax-Free services.

7. Returns & Refunds Policy
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key details include:
Eligibility: Returns accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products; unused/unassembled products in original condition (30-day time limit from delivery).
Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized products, hygiene-related items (once opened), clearance/final-sale items.
Processes: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.

Fees: We cover return shipping for defective/damaged/incorrect items; customers responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
